Appliance Repair or Maintenance
Amazing! 10 stars! Over & above! Both my washing machine and dryer were not working correctly. They took the washer and dryer apart, literally. The inside of the dryer (outside the drum) was filled with a grocery bag size of lint. They vacuumed and cleaned the interior dryer space. The dryer door cover has been broken for years and kept falling off. He figured out what was wrong and fixed it. The washing machine pump was broken because of the trash that had gone through to it. He replaced it. He also figured out why the water wasn’t draining out of the seal properly (manufacturer glitch)- fixed that. He fixed the leak I didn’t realize was there until he pulled the washing machine away from the wall. He cleaned out all the parts. He was thorough, explained everything and my washer and dryer look 10 years younger. Not to mention when he pulled the washer and dryer away from the wall, he cleaned the whole area underneath that as well. Finally found out where my sunglasses and money have been going :-). He was professional, and there are not enough words to express what an excellent job he and his partner did!

Garbage Disposal Installation
We’ve had Andrey at our house twice so far. The first time was to install a brand-new garbage disposal. He was super friendly. In fact, my 2.5 year old daughter doesn’t usually warm up to strangers, and she liked him right away. He did the job quickly and perfectly (I waited a few of months before writing this review to confirm this) and was efficient. Because it took him less time than he expected, he asked for less money, but I paid him the full fee. We were very happy with his work. The second job was earlier this week, where our dishwasher was having hard water issues. He gave us a few pointers without charging us to try ourselves, so we didn’t have to pay him. When those didn’t work, we asked him to come over and he diagnosed the problem within 20 mins. We needed to replace the dishwasher. He tried to leave without charging us, but we paid him a good amount. Andrey, if you’re reading this. Thank you for being honest and knowing your craft. You’re our guy for all home appliance stuff.

Appliance Repair or Maintenance
Andrei came to repair my LG refrigerator. He was very accommodating to my schedule, and most importantly, he was extremely prompt. Upon arrival, I explained all of the issues, and he got to work. He had to empty most of the refrigerator, which is understandable. He ended up replacing a fan that had been making noise. He also replaced my water line because the water and ice maker had stopped functioning. It all took about 2.5 hours, but everything works great. He put everything back together, and all I had to do was put my food back in the refrigerator. Gave me a good reason to review and reorganize things. Although his first language is not English, Andrei did a very good job explaining what he did, and he demonstrated in-depth knowledge of appliances. He was very honest and fair, and I will hire him again the next time I have an appliance repair need. He told me he also handles heating and air conditioning repair needs, so overall, he is an excellent professional to have in my contacts for future needs.

Andrei was great!! Very easy-going and friendly demeanor, but super professional and extremely knowledgeable. Our fridge was not cold at all even after I had the condensers cleaned by someone else. All our food kept spoiling. He knew exactly what it was and refilled the freon and cleaned all the ice encrusting the motor and parts of the fridge. Now it's back to being perfectly chilled. He gave us homework to completely defrost our fridge. This is something I did not even know I needed to do! I didn't realize fridges still occasionally need to be defrosted as routine maintenance. I would hire him again in an instant.

Our 4-year old Samsung microwave stopped heating. After seeing the cost of a new replacement, we decided to try to have it repaired. We contacted Andrei after reading his excellent reviews on Thumbtack. He was very responsive and showed up the next morning on schedule. Our experience with Andrei was amazing. We had an issue with our refrigerator freezing on top and the bottom no longer cooling food. Within minutes Andrei was able to pinpoint the problem. Andrei put in the time and effort to find us a great deal on the parts that we needed to fix the refrigerator. When he came back out a second time he was super quick with fixing the problem. I would highly recommend Andrei because he’s extremely knowledgeable, honest and a all around good guy.

Andrey responded to my request quickly and was able to come fix my dryer the same evening. He set clear expectations for when he would arrive and provided an estimate for the work. He took my dryer apart and thoroughly cleaned it out before setting things back in order. He had the parts available right then and made the repair carefully. He had it working again within 2 hours and provided a 1 year guarantee for his work. The price was fair and he was respectful of our home. I would be happy to use him again on another repair or project.

Andrei is a top-notch specialist. It was quite cold outside and suddenly my wall heater stopped working. I was prepared to have to buy a new one. Andrei was able to replace a part and save me time and money. He also checked a few other items, including my AC and bathroom faucet and I am extremely happy with everything being in working order now. I highly recommend him!

Andrei was wonderful! I explained I had to leave the next day for a trip and he was able to schedule same day service. Not only that but he went out of his way to come after all of his already scheduled appointments because he knew I had to leave the following day. He worked very hard, went above and beyond, and his prices are so reasonable! Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Dryer works like a dream now! He also took the time to sweep up my laundry room :,) if you want someone who will treat your home like their own, show respect and be professional, hire this guy!! 10/10 would recommend to everyone in the area.

Andrey is very friendly and responsive! He was able to come right away to fix my dryer. When he was running late he let me know right away. He fixed my dryer perfectly and made sure to let me know what he was doing and even sent me photos and did so much extra cleaning the vents, even on the roof to make sure everything was working properly! His price was very reasonable and he had all the parts with him! I would definitely recommend!

Hello every one. I met Andrei, at that moment when I had a problem with my Samsung refrigerator, it stopped working and the products that were in it could deteriorate, and I have a large family, and buying a new refrigerator was not part of my plans. Andrey quickly responded to my request, and arrived on that day, quickly found a malfunction, it was a board in which some parts stopped working, and the fan broke, all the breakdowns were fixed immediately, and 3 hours later I saw my refrigerator working again. I'm really glad I didn't have to buy a new fridge. I am very grateful to Andrei, he is a professional, and I will definitely turn to him next time

Andrei made an appointment for the first convenient time for us. He was thorough, worked hard to make a small fix instead of trying to sell us something expensive, and we were delighted.

I purchased a washer and Lowes refused to install it saying that my water pipe needed to be replaced. I then contacted several plumbers and they quoted me $180 plus parts. Then I found this company and he quoted me $50. He came over and told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my pipes. He then install my washing machine. I did not know what to do with my old wash machine because Lowes was going to take it, he then told me he would grab someone to help him remove my old wash machine. He came back that night with his son, and took care of it for me. Did not charge me anything additional was just happy to help. Great prices, honesty, and integrity is what this company is all about. I will always use them.
